Psychiatric Medication Management

There are many psychiatric medications available on the market. After an initial assessment, we will work with you to find the medications best suited for you. Our on-staff team has many years of experience. Our goal is to help you find relief from your depression, anxiety or other diagnosis safely and comfortably, with minimal side effects.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one counseling (psychotherapy) is an important means of growth and development, especially for individuals managing depression, anxiety, trauma or other mental health challenges. Through individual therapy, patients will gain a better understanding of themselves and their challenges, then work with their therapist to develop healthy coping strategies.

Our licensed therapists are caring, nonjudgmental and fully committed to helping their patients overcome their struggles and map a path to a happier, healthier life. Oftentimes, therapy is done in coordination with psychiatric medication management.
